JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Blekinge Nature School is a small school with a good working environment, dedicated staff, and broad expertise!

As a person, you thrive in an environment that demands high flexibility and initiative, as well as good social skills where you see collaboration as an important part of your work.

The position requires a strong interest in teaching and inspiring students, even together with other teachers in other courses where your knowledge requirements intersect with theirs. The content of the education is based on the National Agency for Education's curriculum with purpose, central content, and knowledge requirements in the various courses. We consider it an advantage if you have worked as a teacher.

We are now looking for someone interested in teaching and driven to develop the courses you teach.

You will be one of three Agricultural Teachers at the school. If you do not have a teaching degree or if you are newly graduated, you will receive support in planning and assessment. We also have lead teachers and educational planners who will support you in your work. The school employs a counselor and a social educator who will provide you with tips and help in your relationship with the youth.

Being a mentor is part of the job.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have education and competence for the teaching included in the position.

You should also be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. You should be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professionals you meet in your profession. You should have basic knowledge of Office 365 and relevant systems for the position.

A criminal record extract will be requested.

We prefer that you have a vocational teacher's license or that you are willing to undergo training to become a vocational teacher.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a teacher.

OTHER

The employment starts on 10/8 2026. If you have the opportunity to follow the teaching teacher for a few days this spring, it would be beneficial.
